Hello again my own blog!

Salam-Greetings-Good day :-)

Its been days, weeks and then months when I last wrote. Not that I didnt want to, but then life is quite similar these few months so I didnt want to bore dear readers out there. but then its true: WORK-HOME-WORK. And few changes I had to make all this time to stabilize myself made me not in the mood of writing.

Frankly, I've been busy exploring areas and get to know new peoples, make new contacts and friends since I am free this month. Changing workplace requires me to get prep up once more, been doing so via a variety of books. Hopefully it will help in my coming tasks.

Apparently, I got to spend a lot of time reflecting myself..and found out our jobs/tasks would change us if we do not have control on ourselves. Have ourselves a good discipline and steel nerves if you command subordinates, the larger the crowd the bigger the challenge. I cannot say I have gone through a lot, but finally comes to a conclusion : "Everybody lies". Due to experiences and wanting to prevent futher problems currently I am allocating some time to learn about human behaviours and actions/counter actions involved.

Heh, truly I have become serious.  But maybe for this post only. Maybe..but then lost for words now, will continue to write again a.s.a.p. Going to sleeeeeeep now. Until next time. Salam.

In The Name of Duty~

Salam. Good day, wishing dear readers well.

Currently have blurred thoughts due to several changes in my planned programs, I have to adjust and that makes me acknowledged we cannot foresee, but nevertheless we must always plan a move.

Well, today I think wanna express my thoughts on a matter "Politics at work". Feel free to comment me and correct me.

My little experiences made me judge that workplaces are notorious place for work politics. Whether its about promotion or just about raise, the "unimaginable" can always change to "absolute vicious" when one decides its best to actively involved dirtily. Power struggles are common and many are easily noticeable.

However, whatever the reasons behind, I think that completely ignoring the power of dirty working politics will affect us especially if the target is ourselves. One too dull to notice might fall victim to these menaces. I have had few occasions, but then I managed to overcome them. My advice is be natural, try to be one that can make people gladly cooperate without prejudice but pure honesty. I even told my men also in one of my briefings that "We must try to just be honest on your daily work and it should be helpful and will make us more efficient". Always revise ourselves, stop being manipulative but do keep in mind to learn how our own unique office politics work.

I am not that happy, although I know I must eliminate obstacles. Get to work properly and be raise accordingly, isnt that fair enough for all of us?? Unfortunately, not all people think like that. For Muslims, pray to Allah that we are saved from dangers of dishonesty and He blessed our work and accept it.

Well, its praying time. Please feel free to share if you have something related too. :-)
Salam.

Salam.. Good morning to dear readers.

Life here is beginning to shine a bit. Although my thoughts are mostly on my family back home, more and more reasons are emerging for me to stay here. Its been good to have an understanding ring of colleagues and that I can always rely on. I am not alone now.
I still remember the first days here, alone and feeling so vulnerable, made me even vowed that.I will not rely on anyone here. That I will live here temporary, only for the sole purpose of working and sending money back home.

However, ideas arise over time, and with right timing..I found out a few more things to spend my life here. Got myself several new opportunities here, as well as various learning classes at nearby musolla and mosque. Well, I can certainly strive here.

Well, those are some of the good news here, couldnt find ideas to write some more. Got to head to Sri Gombak now, until next time. Salam
